- Food Safety: Rita is a certified auditor for the USDA GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) program and can help develop farm food safety plans and practices.
- Gardening & Farm workshops: From garden planning, seed starting & transplanting, soil care, composting, basic construction skills, season extension, bicycle mechanics, etc. we can teach workshops for all ages.
- Food Hub Management- Rita completed UVM's Food Hub Management Certificate program and can help businesses build and streamline their practices around aggregation & distribution, storage, incubator kitchen, farmers market, etc.
